We will endeavour to ship to the address provided at the Checkout Cart, or Customer Account portal.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before you pay.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery time depends on destination.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working day of receiving payment Monday-Friday.
For deliveries to the UK, you should expect to receive goods within approximately 48 hours after dispatch. Goods will be sent by various logistics partners, such as Evri & Royal Mail 48. Noting external factors that may cause delay to this timeline are beyond our control.
We offer FREE shipping in the UK on orders above £50.
All parcels are tracked. Tracking & Courier information will be provided email.
Our standard shipping charge is £3.16 per mailer box. (subject to change, dependent on external factors)
International Shipping
For international shipping, delivery will be calculated separately during the checkout process.
Tracking and courier information will be provided by email notification.
Damaged & Lost Goods
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, we will accept responsibility and either issue a full refund, or replacement.
